The 37 practices of Bodhisattva

རྒྱལ་སྲས་ལག་ལེན་སོ་བདུན་མ་
rgyal-sras [Bodhisattva] lag-len [practical procedures] so-bdun [37] ma [main]

ma=main=mother=root
ན་མོ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ཡེ་
na-mo [homage to] lo-ke-shwa-ra-ye [Avalokiteshvara]
I pay homage to Avalokiteshvara
Avalokiteshvara(sanskrit) is the Bodhisattva of compassion. In tibetan : Chenrezig.
གང་གི་ཆོས་ཀུན་འགྲོ་འོང་མེད་མེད་གཟིགས་
gang-gi [who] chos-kun[all dharma] 'gro [going] 'ong[comming] med [is not] gzigs [realize] kyang [although]
who although he realized the non impermanent nature of dharma
chos=dharma , kun=all
འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་ ལ་ གཅིག་ཏུ་ བརྩོན་ མཛད་པའི་
'gro-ba'i-don [welfare] la [and] gcig-tu [devoted to] brtson [make effort] mdzad pa'i [do/effects]
was devoted to make efforts for the benefit of all sentient beings
བླ་མ་མཆོག་ དང་ སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ མགོན་ལ་ ལ་
bla-ma [lama] mchog [chief] dang [and] spyan ras gzigs [Chenrezig] mgon [protector] la [to]
I take refuge in Chenrezig, lama chief
རྟག་ཏུ་ སྒོ་གསུམ་གུས་ གུས་པས་ཕྱག་ ཕྱག་ འཚམ་ མོ་
rtag-tu sgo-gsum gus-pas phyag 'tsham mo
in a permanent and respectful devotion through the 3 doors
rtag-tsu=permanent
sgo-gsum=3 doors (body/voice/mind) (om/ah/hum) (white/red/blue)
gus-pas=with respect
phyag=salutation
'tsham=conform with
mo=phrase end (=woman)
